    Full Price Merchandising Manager

    MISSION

    To achieve commercial success in partnership with the Global Merchandising team,
    Merchandising Manager is responsible for developing strategic merchandising plan including
    long range plan and mix, margins and price architecture for Japan as well as driving revenue
    and EBIDA through merchandising planning and inventory management for growth in
    profitability.

  5. 応募資格

    KEY REQUIREMENTS
     7+ years of experience in a Merchandising or Buying role in a related business.
     Strong accuracy and precision for analytical skills – able to analyze for reporting and planning.

     General understanding of the market and interest in fashion trend
     Ability to take initiative and accountability for the respective categories.
     Excellent product sensibility
     Ability to respond quickly with a strong sense of urgency, juggle many tasks simultaneously and change priorities.
     Experience in retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures
     Professional in presentation
     Self-motivation and pro-activeness with a strong drive for achievement.
     Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
     Proficient in computer skills: Email/Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other BI tools
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills
     Fluent in English

1. PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

 Develop merchandising strategy for responsible category every season reflecting global company vison and objectives.
 Influence and negotiate with HQ Merchandising to align buys according to Japan strategy and to build and execute balanced and profitable product assortment.
 Build efficient product launch plan reflecting the 360 marketing initiatives.
 Create effective store segmentation in collaboration with VM and Retail.
 Plan and conduct product training meetings every season for Retail, OPS, and stores.
 Ensure the brand’s image and positioning.
 Closely work with Retail and HQ Merchandising/Pricing teams to build the right price structure considering the competitive market conditions.
 Monitor delivery status to successfully launch the products in timely manner.
 Lead and help build product assortment for Wholesale and Marketplace.

2. ANALYTICAL SKILL

 Analyze and report on business and product trends on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonally basis using BI system, and identify key trends and actions.
 Successfully manage the OTB and Initial Allocation by fully understanding and utilizing the global system in timely manner.
 Ensure with Panning & Allocation team that product assortment by store is optimized for increased productivity.
 Enhance SKU productivity to achieve financial targets including net sales and gross margin.
 Analyze sales, gross margin, sell-thru and inventory more effectively to drive OU business on weekly basis.
 Effectively plan and enhance the liquidation from Full Price at outlets.

3. COMMUNICATION/LEADERSHIP

 Lead the product launch plans and promotional activities to strengthen the store animation liaising with cross functional teams including Retail, SOP, and Marketing.
 Independently lead the cross functional project.
